Maximum efficiency in wide range of operating heads. The shaft is made of high - tensile steel and is
provided with a key way for impeller along with thread for a lock nut.
Windings are vacuum impregnated 'B'Class insulation and complies with IS:7538. Ball bearings are of adequate size to take heavy thrust and radial loads and to give prolonged trouble - free life.
Volute casing is made of close grained cast-iron. Non overloading characteristics in the working range.
A water cutting ring is provided to protect the front bearing from momentary water seepage, if the packing fails accidentally in operation.
